铁钼氧化物不仅是甲醇氧化制甲醛的催化剂,也是甲醇氨氧化制氢氰酸的优良催化剂之一。前者的组分和催化性能的研究较多,关于后者的报导尚不多见。我们采用多种实验方法研究了催化剂的活性组分及其催化特性。 催化剂采用浸渍法制备。催化活性用固定床流动法测定。催化剂粒度10—18目,反应温度450℃。结果表明,对所有催化剂甲醇转化率接近于100%,HCN收率也就代表催化活性。
Iron and molybdenum oxide is not only a catalyst for the methanol oxidation of formaldehyde, but also one of the excellent catalysts for the ammoxidation of methanol to hydrogen cyanide. The former component and catalytic properties of more research on the latter is still rare. We used a variety of experimental methods to study the active components of the catalyst and its catalytic properties. The catalyst is prepared by impregnation. The catalytic activity was measured by a fixed bed flow method. Catalyst particle size 10-18 mesh, reaction temperature 450 ℃. The results show that the methanol conversion for all catalysts is close to 100% and the HCN yield also represents the catalytic activity.
