目的研究低频脉冲电磁场对骨愈合的影响,并对其机理进行了探讨。方法利用自行研制的一种低频脉冲电磁场治疗仪,将治疗线圈安放在骨折部位,并在治疗线圈中通以脉冲方波电流,使其在骨折部位产生低频脉冲电磁场,磁感应强度为2~4GS。结果实验研究表明低频脉冲电磁场有明显促进骨愈合的作用。具有一定的临床价值。结论该方法对骨折愈合有较好的促进作用,临床应用也取得了满意的疗效,具有广泛的应用前景。
Objective To study the effect of low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields on bone healing and to discuss its mechanism. Methods A kind of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field therapy instrument developed by ourselves was used. The treatment coil was placed at the fracture site and a pulse square wave current was passed through the treatment coil to generate a low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field at the fracture site. The magnetic induction intensity was 2 ~ 4GS. Experimental results show that low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields significantly promote bone healing. Has some clinical value. Conclusion This method has a good promoting effect on fracture healing, and has achieved satisfactory clinical effects and has a wide range of applications.
