目的:探讨不同染氟剂量在不同时间段对成纤维细胞和成骨细胞c-fos和c-jun基因表达的影响.方法:应用RT-PCR和琼脂糖凝胶电泳方法检测和比较染氟对成纤维细胞和成骨细胞c-fos和c-jun基因表达的影响.结果:染氟可促进成纤维细胞c-fos基因表达,在过量氟的刺激下,成纤维细胞和成骨细胞c-fos基因表达均有增强.染氟对成纤维细胞c-jun基因表达增强作用不明显.结论:染氟成纤维细胞已有成骨表型表现,在氟刺激成纤维细胞向成骨细胞转化过程中,c-fos也发挥重要作用.
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of different doses of fluoride on the expression of c-fos and c-jun genes in fibroblasts and osteoblasts at different time points.Methods: RT-PCR and agarose gel electrophoresis were used to detect and compare the effects of fluoride on Fibroblasts and osteoblasts c-fos and c-jun gene expression.Results: Fluoride can promote fibroblast c-fos gene expression, in the excessive fluoride stimulation, fibroblasts and osteoblasts c- fos gene expression were enhanced.Fluorine on fibroblast c-jun gene enhance the role of expression is not obvious.Conclusion: Fluorinated fibroblasts have osteoblastic phenotype, in the fluorine-induced fibroblasts to osteoblast transformation process In, c-fos also play an important role.
