采用铸渗技术在45钢表面制备了镍基合金渗层,对渗层的微观组织及冲蚀磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明:渗层组织致密,在渗层的内部及渗层与基体的结合界面处无任何夹杂、气孔及微裂纹等缺陷;渗层主要由镍基固溶体、Cr5B3、BCr、BNi3等硼化物硬质相组成。基体的冲蚀磨损质量损失是渗层的4.15倍,其平均冲蚀磨损率远远大于渗层,这主要是渗层的固溶强化,以及硬质相强化使得渗层的冲蚀磨损性能得到大幅度提高。
The infiltration layer was fabricated on the surface of 45 steel by infiltration infiltration technique. The microstructure and erosion wear of the infiltrated layer were studied. The results show that the infiltrated layer is dense and there are no inclusions, pores and micro-cracks in the interface of the infiltrated layer and the interface between the infiltrated layer and the substrate. The infiltrated layer is mainly composed of nickel-based solid solution, hard boride such as Cr5B3, BCr, BNi3 Quality composition. The erosion wear mass loss of the substrate is 4.15 times that of the permeable layer, and the average erosion wear rate is much larger than that of the diffusion layer, which is mainly due to solid solution strengthening of the diffusion layer and the erosion wear property of the diffusion layer due to the strengthening of the hard phase substantial improvement.
