开展企业实训是高职教育的特色,是提高学生实际操作能力、职业能力、培养实用型人才的重要环节。企业实训的效果促进了学生综合素质的培养,重要的是可以让物流管理专业的学生在较短时间内系统掌握整个业务流程,形成物流实务操作技能。本文以职业能力培养为核心,对企业实训课程的开发进行评价,就物流管理专业企业实训课程开发的研究进行总结,总结研究的创新与不足。
Carrying out enterprise training is the specialty of higher vocational education and an important link to improve students’ practical ability and professional ability and train practical talents. The effect of enterprise training promotes the cultivation of overall quality of students. It is important that students in logistics management can master the whole business process systematically in a relatively short period of time to form logistics practical skills. This article takes vocational ability training as the core, evaluates the development of enterprise training courses, summarizes the research on the development of logistics training courses, and sums up the innovation and deficiency of the research.
