高职教育以实际应用为特点,在整个学生教育阶段,摆脱传统课堂教学模式,通过任务驱动式教学方法对劳动合同法进行任务分解。从任务导入、任务实施与评价等方法步骤入手,能有效提高课堂教学效果,实现学生课堂教学与实际工作的对接。
Higher vocational education is characterized by its practical application.
