为观察泰诺龙对泌尿上皮的副作用,将实验大鼠分为两组:①用药组35只,分别用泰诺龙处理2、4、6、9、12、14、16、18、20、24、30周,各时间段动物数2~4只,剂量为60~80mg/kg体重;②对照组22只,各时间段动物数2只。光镜观察,用药6周以上的大鼠泌尿道上皮细胞和上皮下成纤维细胞以及巨噬细胞胞浆内出现许多颗粒和空泡。电镜结合组化染色显示,后者为次级溶酶体,含多量髓样结构或层状体,或有硫酸氨基多糖贮积。实验结果说明该药的副作用累及泌尿道粘膜。泌尿上皮主要表现为脂类沉积;上皮下成纤维细胞和巨噬细胞则主要出现粘多糖沉积症样改变。

The experimental results show that side effects of the drug involving the urinary tract mucosa. Urinary epithelium is mainly manifested as lipid deposition; subepithelial fibroblasts and macrophages are mainly mucopolysaccharidosis-like changes.
