近年来,上海市少先队组织倡导队员“养成道德好习惯”和创建快乐中队集体活动,开展了大量卓有成效的工作。今年初,上海市红领巾理事会又向全市少年儿童发出“塑造城市精神,我们也来参与”的倡议,号召少先队员结合“养成道德好习惯”实践体验活动,发扬少先队文明礼貌的春风精神、团结守纪的大雁精神、诚实纯真的水晶精神、热心服务的孺子牛精神、主动向上的炎箭精神、自强勇敢的雏鹰精神。为此,全市少先队辅导员创造性地开展工作,探索了多方面的做法,并积累了一些经验。共青团上海市委少年部向我们推荐了“养成道德好习惯”与城市精神塑造活动特色学校,青去中学、华东师大附属小学、杨浦区打虎山路第一小学等学校,推荐了创建快东中队集体的特色学校:市西初级中学、蒙山中学、普陀区武宁路小学、上海市第一师范附属小学等学校。我们选择了几年学校,试图通过一些简单的介绍,折射出全市少先队工作者和德育工作者的部分创造性工作。
In recent years, the Young Pioneers in Shanghai organized advocacy team members to “develop good habits of morality” and create a happy squadron collective activities, and carried out a great deal of fruitful work. Earlier this year, the Red Scarf Council of Shanghai also sent an initiative of “shaping the city spirit, and we also participated in” to the children and young children in the city. They called on Young Pioneers to combine the practice experience of “cultivating good habits of morality” with the spirit of the Spring Breeze of Young Pioneers, Unite the spirit of the geese, the crystal spirit of honesty and innocence, enthusiasm for the spirit of bullock cattle, the proactive Yan Arrow spirit, self-reliance brave young hatred spirit. To this end, the city's Young Pioneers counselors creative work to explore a wide range of practices, and accumulated some experience. The Youth League of Shanghai Communist Youth League recommended to us “Good habits of cultivating morality” and urban spirit creation activities, schools, green middle schools, East China Normal University Primary School, Yangpu District Tiger Road Primary School and other schools recommended the creation of fast East Squadron collective characteristics of schools: City West Junior High School, Mengshan Middle School, Putuo District Wuning Road Primary School, Shanghai First Normal Affiliated Primary School and other schools. We chose a few years of school, trying to use some simple introduction to reflect part of the creative work of Young Pioneers workers and moral educators throughout the city.
