中职教育突出对学生的实践能力、适应岗位能力的培养,通过不断提升他们的能力,以便更好地适应学生未来所从事的工作需要。但是,任何一种类型的教育不仅仅局限于传授知识和某种技能,德育教学需要贯穿其中,可以这么说,德育是中职教育的灵魂,因为学生必须具有合格的道德素质才有可能形成正确的世界观和价值观,从而具备正确的道德取向,并且通过运用自己所学的知识,发挥自己的才华,从而能够正确的方面从事工作。本文通过对中职教学工作进行了相关的讨论,就如何在中职德育教学中以就业为导向进行教学工作的开展进行了分析。
