骨神经鞘瘤罕见,发生于上颌骨者,就我们能检索到的资料有3例,国内仅见林道贤等报告的6例骨神经鞘瘤中谈及1例,尚未见有完整报告。本文报告1例,并复习文献简要讨论如下。病例报告患者,男,13岁,因上颌面前部肿胀,渐进性增大1年余,于1986年11月17日入院。(病案号2218)。1985年8月,上颌骨腭部轻度隆起,渐进性增大,致面部肿胀畸形,但无明显自觉症状。颌面外科检查:上颌面部高度肿胀,质硬边界不清,以鼻小柱左侧为中心,左唇龈沟上颌骨处及上腭部可触及明显乒乓球样惑,上腭部向下隆起,无压痛。双侧下鼻甲均向上隆起。肿物穿刺未抽出液体。21/12腭向倾斜,Ⅰ松劲。

Both lower turbinate up bulge. Tumor does not pull liquid puncture. 21/12 palatal tilt, Ⅰ loose.
