环丙沙星（Ｃｉｐｒｏｆｌｏｘａｃｉｎ，ＣＰＬＸ）是近年发展的氟喹诺酮类抗菌药，国内尚未见有关滴眼液的报道。本文对环丙沙星滴眼液的制备及药效学进行了探讨和研究。结果表明，０．３％盐酸环丙沙星滴眼液在ｎＨ＞５．０时比较稳定，ｐＨ４．８和ｐＨ５．２两种０．３％盐醚环丙沙星滴眼液渗透压近似等渗，通过一次眼刺激试验观察，对兔眼均无刺激性。１μｇ／ｍｌ环丙沙星对Ｇ￣＋球菌、Ｇ球菌及绿脓杆菌的累积抑菌百分率均为１００％，对所有常见致病菌的ＭＩＣ值不超过１μｇ／ｍｌ，显示了较强的体外抗菌活性。
Ciprofloxacin (CPLX) is a fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent developed in recent years. There is no report about eye drops in China.
