社会保障体系对于我国各个阶层有着重要的平衡作用,特别是失业保险制度对于劳动就业体制有着深远的影响,可以有效地保障民生并且促进就业。我国自上世纪八十年代中期建立起失业保险制度,随着近二十年的发展形成了稳定的制度,对于社会以及民众有着重大的影响。但是当前市场经济体制下,失业保险制度仍然存在一定的不足,因此对于我国失业保险制度面临的主要问题进行分析,提出完善的建议是一个非常有意义的课题。 The social security system plays an important balancing role for all sectors in our country.
