应用基因工程GM-CSF抗原,通过杂交瘤技术获得3株稳定分泌抗GM-CSF的特异性单抗细胞株,分别命名为LD2、4和6。经分析,3种单抗识别抗原分子上的两个不完全相关的位区,为GM-CSF的亲和层析纯化及抗原的免疫学测定提供了必要的条件。
Three GM-CSF-specific McAbs secreting anti-GM-CSF were obtained by hybridoma technique using genetically engineered GM-CSF antigen and named LD2, 4 and 6, respectively. After analysis, the three MAbs recognized two incompletely related regions of the antigen molecule, which provided the necessary conditions for the purification of GM-CSF and the immunological determination of the antigen.
