目的:探讨无缝隙护理管理在危重症监护病房的应用效果。方法:选取2012年9月~2013年9月在浙江省温岭市中医院危重症监护病房住院治疗的100例患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组实施无缝隙护理管理,比较两组的死亡率和对护理的满意度。结果:观察组的护理满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组的76.00%;死亡率方面,观察组为10.00%,明显低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05),结论:危重症监护病房实施以人为本的无缝隙护理管理,可有效提高患者满意度,降低死亡率。
Objective: To explore the application of seamless nursing management in critically ill intensive care unit. Methods: From September 2012 to September 2013, 100 patients hospitalized in critical care unit of Wenling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang Province were enrolled in this study. Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, Nursing management, the observation group implementation of seamless care management, mortality and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than 76.00% in the control group. In the mortality rate, the observation group was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (20.00%, P <0.05). Conclusion: Wards to implement people-oriented seamless care management, which can effectively improve patient satisfaction and reduce mortality.
