采用中医辨证分型施治配合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗产后精神障碍４４例，与单纯用西药治疗４６例对照观察。结果：治疗组治愈率为８８．６４％，有效率为９３．１８％；对照组治愈率为８２．６１％，有效率为８９．１３％，两组无显著差异。但临床疗效总评量表评定（ＣＧＩ）：治疗组疗效指数（ＥＩ）为３．７５，对照组为２．２２，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；副反应量表评定（ＴＥＳＳ）：治疗组为１．１２，对照组为１．８０。
Forty-four cases of postpartum mental disorders were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment with small-dose antipsychotic drugs, compared with 46 cases treated with western medicine alone. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was 88.64%, the effective rate was 93.18%. The cure rate of the control group was 82.61%, the effective rate was 89.13%. There was no significant difference between the two groups. However, the overall clinical efficacy rating scale (CGI) was 3.75 in the treatment group and 2.22 in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). TESS, : The treatment group was 1.12, the control group was 1.80.
