目的探讨呼吸机相关肺炎(ventilator-associated pneumonia,VAP)流行病学特点,指导临床采取预防和控制措施。方法对2007年1月至2008年12月重症监护病房(ICU)1810例患者中发生VAP感染的26例进行调查分析。结果VAP感染率1.44%,部位构成比36.82%,细菌平均耐药率57.13%。结论VAP防控应最大限度缩短机械通气时间,合理应用抗菌药物和控制危险因素。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) and to guide the prevention and control measures in clinical practice. Methods Twenty-six patients with VAP infection in 1810 ICU patients from January 2007 to December 2008 were investigated. Results The infection rate of VAP was 1.44%, the part composition ratio was 36.82%, and the average bacterial resistance rate was 57.13%. Conclusion VAP should minimize the duration of mechanical ventilation, rational use of antimicrobial agents and control of risk factors.
