通过对我国公共图书馆残障儿童服务的调查与研究，结合国外公共图书馆优秀的服务案例，找出我国公共图书馆在残障儿童服务方面存在的问题和差距，并对未来的发展提出建议和对策。“,”Through analyzing the services for children with disabilities in domestic public libraries and foreign advanced mode, this paper finds out our deficiency.
