本文以淳安县农家乐为例,从分析农家乐住宿业发展现状着手,展现了农家乐住宿业快速发展给农民、农村带来的显著变化,深刻剖析了目前发展过程中存在的管理、素质、设施、文化、特色等方面主要问题,并有针对性地提出了明确管理主体、制定发展规划、发展一批板块、制订审批程序、配套优惠政策、培育客源市场、建设精品亮点等解决问题的对策。 This article takes Chun’an farmhouse as an example, starts with the analysis of the development status of farmhouse and lodging industry, shows the remarkable changes brought by the rapid development of farmhouse and lodging industry to farmers and rural areas, profoundly analyzes the existing management, quality, facilities, Culture and special features.
