本文介绍了欧洲和北美国家近年来在建筑和空调系统模拟分析、ＣＡＤ应用等方面研究发展的新动向。主要涉及集成化设计支持环境的研究情况和标准数据支持程序（ＳＴＥＰ）方面的研究与进展。文中还对我国在此领域的研究和开发提出一些设想和建议。
This article describes new trends in the research and development of European architecture and air conditioning systems in recent years in simulation and analysis of buildings and air conditioning systems. It mainly deals with the research and development of the integrated design support environment and standard data support procedures (STEP). The article also put forward some ideas and suggestions for China’s research and development in this field.
