霍州煤电集团公司共有职工5万多名,其中女工近万名,女工入会率达到100%,全公司401个基层分工会中建立女工委员会202个。工会通过创建“五型”女工组织,使女工组织建设的理论与实际操作得到了有机结合,女工组织建设的大目标与具体工作目标得到了有机结合,工作目标更加明确,工作任务更加具体。同时,“五型”女工组织建设基本涵盖了女工各项工作,是女工组织服务大局、体现作为、彰显优势的有效结合点和切入点。
Huozhou Coal Group Corporation employs a total of more than 50,000 workers, including nearly 10,000 women workers, women workers membership rate of 100%, the company 401 grassroots division of labor to establish 202 women’s committees. The union has created an organic combination of the theory and practice of women’s workers’ organization by creating “women’s workers’ organizations” of the “five types”.
