经济全球化时代信息资本跨越地域的界限,实现全球范围内的对接。在利益偏好的作用下,资本倾向于能够创造更大的利润空间地区投放。跨国公司抓住经济现代化进程的中国发展机遇,加强对华的经营发展,跨国公司利用在华的相对优质资源实现快速发展。跨国公司根据发展的需求合理取材既是对华经济发展的推动,但也会带来本土企业发展的负面影响,对跨国公司在华的本土化经营需要有清晰的认知。
In the era of economic globalization, information capital transcends geographical boundaries and realizes docking in the world. Under the preference of interest, capital tends to be put into operation in regions that can create more profit margins. Multinational corporations have seized the opportunity of China’s economic development and expanded its business operations in China. Multinational corporations have used their relatively high-quality resources in China to achieve rapid development. According to the demand of development, the reasonable draw-out by multinational corporations is not only the promotion of China’s economic development but also the negative impact of the development of local enterprises and the clear recognition of the need of multinational corporations for their localization in China.
