我国乳制品加工业是一个新兴食品行业。近年来得到迅速发展,无论是产量还是质量都有了较大幅度的提高。 改革开放以来,乳制品工业产量成倍增加,以每年20％左右的速度增长。到1993年底有良种及改良种奶牛342万头,鲜奶总产量564万吨,乳制品加工企业近600家,乳制品产量41.8万吨。与1978年相比,鲜奶产量增长4.8倍,乳制品产量增长7.9倍。目前,乳制品产量较大的黑龙江、浙江、内蒙古、河北等省区。其中,黑龙江省已成为我国最大的乳制品工业基地,全省有乳制品加工企业160余家,日加工鲜奶能力5000余吨,乳制品产量占全国
China’s dairy product processing industry is an emerging food industry. In recent years, it has grown rapidly, and both output and quality have greatly increased. Since the reform and opening up, the output of the dairy industry has doubled, growing at a rate of about 20% per year. By the end of 1993, there were 3.42 million fine and improved dairy cows, total 5.64 million tons of fresh milk, nearly 600 dairy products processing companies and 418,000 tons of dairy products. Compared with 1978, the output of fresh milk increased by 4.8 times and the output of dairy products increased by 7.9 times. At present, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, and other provinces and regions have large output of dairy products. Among them, Heilongjiang Province has become China’s largest dairy industrial base. There are more than 160 dairy products processing enterprises in the province, and the daily processing capacity of fresh milk is over 5,000 tons. Dairy products account for the entire country.
