我国有8500万残疾人,我从如何保障他们在民事诉讼法中的权利和履行自己义务的角度提两点建议。第一,我们国家两千多万听力残疾人和一千多万视力残疾人,还包括几百万的言语残疾人,他们作为当事人和其他诉讼参加人参加民事诉讼的时候,因为身体的功能障碍,无法进行正常的交流,无法行使权利和履行义务,也难以保障诉讼活动的顺利
