病态窦房结综合征(病窦)的治疗至今无特殊有效疗法。近年来国内文献报道烟酰胺治疗病窦取得一定疗效。但尚未见有每日超过1200mg大剂量使用的报道。我院1992年上半年收治的一例,用大剂量烟酰胺治愈,现报道如下: 患者,男,50岁,教师。困胸闷、心悸、阵发性晕厥,于1992年5月2日入院。半年前曾在温附一医做动态心电图等检查,并做阿托品试验。注射阿托品2mg,20分钟内心率仅78次/分,诊断为病窦。因在温治疗生活不便,转住本院。 呼吸平稳,能平卧,心率38次/分,早搏5～6次/分。瓣膜听诊区未闻及病理性杂音,心界无扩大。心电图示:窦性心动过缓,心室率36次/分,频发室性早搏。再次阿托品试验,注射2mg后,20分钟内心率仅
Sick sinus syndrome (sick sinus) treatment so far no special effective therapy. In recent years, domestic literature reported nicotinamide treatment of sick sinus and achieved a certain effect. Atropine injection 2mg, heart rate within 20 minutes only 78 beats / min, the diagnosis of sick sinus. Due to inconvenience in temperature treatment, transfer to this hospital. Breathing stable, supine, heart rate 38 beats / min, premature beats 5 to 6 beats / min. Valvular auscultation did not hear the pathological murmur, no expansion of the heart. ECG shows: sinus bradycardia, ventricular rate 36 beats / min, frequent ventricular premature beats. Atropine test again, 2mg after injection, the heart rate within 20 minutes only
