目的调查吉林省2009~2011年居民因实体癌死亡情况,探讨居民因实体癌死亡原因,为制定干预措施,降低实体癌死亡率,提高居民健康水平提供科学依据。同时,作为基线调查结果可为客观评价放射性烟雨和核电站事故对人群实体癌发病率的影响提供参考。方法用EXCEL的统计学方法计算死亡率等指标,对吉林省2009~2011年居民因实体癌死亡情况进行调查分析。结果 2009~2011年间居民实体癌死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,分别为44.51/10万人、49.87/10万人、60.21/10万人。2009~2011年间吉林省内居民因实体癌死亡的年龄多数分布在50~75岁之间。结论有针对性的采取有效的防控措施,降低实体癌的发病率、死亡率应成为提高人群健康水平的一个重点。
Objective To investigate the deaths of residents due to solid cancers in 2009-2011 in Jilin Province and to explore the causes of death due to solid cancers in Jilin Province for providing scientific basis for formulating intervention measures, reducing the solid cancer mortality rate and improving residents’ health level. At the same time, as a baseline survey result, it can provide reference for objectively assessing the impact of radioactive rain and nuclear accident on the incidence of solid cancer in population. Methods Using the statistical method of EXCEL to calculate the mortality and other indicators, the residents of Jilin province from 2009 to 2011 were investigated for their death due to solid cancer. Results The resident cancer mortality rates showed a rising trend year by year from 2009 to 2011, accounting for 44.51 / 100000, 49.87 / 100000 and 60.21 / 100000 respectively. Between 2009 and 2011, the majority of residents in Jilin Province died of solid cancers aged 50 to 75 years old. Conclusion It is necessary to take effective prevention and control measures to reduce the incidence of solid cancer and mortality should be a focus of improving the health of the population.
