Our body is composed of many kinds of elements, these elements in the human body content is not the same, more or less. Among them, there are 11 main elements, which are in order of oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, sodium, chlorine and magnesium. Other elements are negligible and are called trace elements such as iron, copper, zinc, manganese, iodine, cobalt, chromium, molybdenum and fluorine. All of these elements are crucial for the survival and well-being of human beings, as they are indispensable to the disease. Although the percentage of trace elements in the human body is particularly small, but its role must not be ignored.
