小跳绳在生活中不受场地的限制,携带方便,且锻炼价值高,深受广大师生的喜爱。笔者在日常教学中经常利用小跳绳来改进技术动作,不仅提高了学生练习的积极性和趣味性,而且收到了良好的教学效果。一、在滚翻教学中的使用1.规范技术动作。前滚翻初学阶段,教师一般会让学生先做滚翻练习,即身体团紧来回滚动。但是,学生对于团身往往控制不好,对此,可将跳绳两端系紧,绕成双圆套在身上,以增强约束控制帮助学生较好地控制团身滚动,见图1。
