本研究旨在通过动物实验,比较观察维生素 A、钙和锌单独缺乏或联合缺乏对骨骼和机体生长发育的影响;并从形态学、病理学以及生化改变等方面探讨其作用特点及有关机制;同时通过现场膳食干预实验,证明联合补充这些营养素对儿童生长发育的有益作用以及适宜的补充方式,从而为我国学龄前儿童合理补充营养、促进其健康成长提供科学依据。研究包括以下3个实验:
The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of vitamin A, calcium and zinc alone or in combination on bone and body growth and development in animal experiments and to explore their roles and mechanisms in terms of morphology, pathology and biochemical changes. At the same time, through on-the-spot dietary intervention experiments, it is proved that beneficial effect of joint supplement of these nutrients on children’s growth and development as well as appropriate supplement ways, so as to provide scientific basis for our country’s preschool-age children to rationally supplement nutrition and promote their healthy growth.
