自1812年Reil 首次报告胼胝体发育不全以来,国外报告例数很多,国内仅有1例。现就我院所遇到1例胼胝体缺如伴婴儿痉挛症病例报告如下:患儿女,5岁。母孕期健康,足月第三胎首产(第一胎孕二月时流产,原因不明,第二胎因无生育指标而于三个半月时引产)。生后有青紫窒息,抢救5分钟。于生后三个月出现点头痉挛,每次10～80下,多时达120下左右,伴躯干前屈,上肢屈曲内收、下肢屈曲至腹部,每次持续数秒至数分 Since Reil first reported corpus callosum hypoplasia in 1812, there are a large number of foreign reports, only 1 in China. I now encountered in our hospital a case of corpus callosum with infantile spasms reported as follows: Children, 5 years old. Mother pregnant healthy, full-term third child first birth (the first pregnancy in February when the abortion, unexplained, the second child due to non-reproductive indicators and induction of labor in three and a half months). After birth, purple suffocation, rescue 5 minutes. Nocturnal spasm in the three months after birth, each time 10 to 80, up to about 120 for many times, with trunk flexion, upper limb flexion adduction, lower limb flexion to the abdomen, each lasting several seconds to several minutes
