随着我国经济结构、产业结构战略性调整力度加大,国有大中型企业劳动关系更为复杂,职工群众心态发生更大变化,利益矛盾更为突出,工会组织面临的任务越来越艰巨。——积极响应国家宏观调控决策,国有大中型企业对工会的期望和要求越来越高,工会围绕中心服务大局的作用更加显现,调动和发挥职工积极性、主动性、创造性的任务更加繁重。
With the structural adjustment of our economy and the strategic adjustment of the industrial structure, the labor relations among the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises are more complicated, the mentality of the workers and workers is greatly changed, the contradictions of interests are more prominent and the tasks facing the trade unions are becoming increasingly arduous. - In response to the state’s macroeconomic control policies, the expectations and demands of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises for trade unions are getting higher and higher.
