针对山东省棉花种植的农艺要求,研制了一种可调滚筒式棉花覆膜装置。该装置由开沟圆盘、仿形压膜轮、覆土圆盘和覆土滚筒等部件组成。重点设计了仿形压膜轮装置,分析优化了开沟圆盘和覆土圆盘的结构参数。田间试验结果证明:该装置的适应能力强、调节方便,可与大型棉花播种机配套使用,覆膜效果稳定,膜边覆土厚度≥40mm,膜上覆土厚度≥30 mm,作业指标优于相关行业标准。
Aiming at the agronomic requirements of cotton planting in Shandong Province, a tunable drum cotton laminating device was developed. The device consists of a ditched disc, a profiled stamping wheel, a soil-coated disc and a trowel drum. Focusing on the design of the profiled stamping wheel device, the structural parameters of the ditched disc and the covered disc are analyzed and optimized. Field test results show that the device has strong adaptability, easy adjustment and can be used with large cotton sowing machines. The film has a stable film effect, the thickness of the film covering the soil is over 40mm, the thickness of the film covering the soil is over 30mm, and the operation index is better than the related industries standard.
