采用ANSYS的APDL语言编写子程序,对0.6mm的薄板镁合金AZ61激光焊的温度场分布进行了数值模拟研究。分析了ANSYS在模拟镁合金激光焊接温度场中存在的各种难点,如热流密度的加载方式、热物理性能参数的选择、熔化潜热、对流以及一些关键参数的处理原则。结果表明,模拟能较好的反应出薄板镁合金激光焊接的温度场分布,对研究镁合金薄板激光焊接的温度场具有参考价值。
Using APDL language of ANSYS to write a subroutine, the numerical simulation of the temperature field distribution of 0.6mm thin plate magnesium alloy AZ61 laser welding was carried out. The difficulties of ANSYS in simulating the temperature field of laser welding of magnesium alloy are analyzed, such as the way of heat flux, the selection of parameters of thermophysical properties, the latent heat of fusion, the convection and the treatment of some key parameters. The results show that the simulation can better reflect the temperature distribution of laser welding of magnesium alloy sheets, which is of reference value for studying the temperature field of laser welding of magnesium alloy sheets.
