Captopril is a oral vasodilator and has been widely used clinically. The author adopted captopril treatment of children with acute congestive heart failure in 13 cases to obtain satisfactory results, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 Case Selection This group of 13 children, 7 males and 6 females. Aged 6 months to 12 years old. 7 cases of acute heart failure, 6 cases of chronic heart failure. Heart disease caused by the disease, congenital heart disease in 5 cases, severe pneumonia
