根据组织安排,我于2012年8月到大连市西岗区白云街道民运社区开始了为期一年的联系服务基层锻炼工作。一年来,在各级党委的关怀和领导下,我十分珍惜机遇,较快地适应了角色的转变,主动融入社区工作实践,认真开展调研,找准群众所需,创新服务项目,在思想、工作、学习等方面都有了不同程度的提高。总结思考,收获服务基层体会如下:
