在综述了敏捷制造的基本概念，敏换制造的实施标准和敏捷性评价标准，实现敏捷制造的企业内部和外部环境后，介绍了一种基于企业资源计划的敏捷制造混合模式，论述了该模式实施的条件。最后，探讨了国有企业实施敏捷制造的前景。
