根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》要求,到2020年,我国要基本实现教育现代化,基本形成学习型社会,进入人力资源强国行列的战略目标。农村社区教育作为终身教育体系的组成部分,应根据社区教育的特点,在构建完备的终身教育体系中有所作为。改进农村社区教育应该从运行模式、资源建设和内容途径三个方面入手,达到全体人民学有所教、学有所成、学有所用。
According to the requirements of the “Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan,” by 2020, China will basically realize the strategic goal of modernizing education, basically forming a learning society, and entering the ranks of a strong human resources nation. As an integral part of the lifelong education system, rural community education should make a difference in building a complete lifelong education system according to the characteristics of community education. Improving rural community education should start from three aspects: operation mode, resource construction and content channels, so that all the people can learn from others, learn from others and learn from others.
