“4万多人!”当问起到武汉汉口江滩参加晨练人数的日最高统计数字时,保安值班员小张不假思索地告诉记者。难怪这里有“全国第一健身长廊”之美誉。8月上旬的一个清晨,记者起了个大早,天还没有亮,就赶到了江滩融入晨练的人群,去感受清晨的那份冲动。5:30天色依旧迷蒙,日光正在将茫茫的黑夜驱散。此时的江滩,早已熙熙攘攘,还未等记者站定,已有数名跑步的老年人在身前掠过。据记者临时统计,最早起来晨练的人群当中,90%的都是老年人。几乎每个运动者裤腰上都系有擦汗巾,他们的鬓角虽然已镶上银丝,但跑起步来依旧矫健。一位在双杠上锻炼的长者吸引了我们的注意。只见他坐在双杠的一边,另一只脚反扣在双杠的另一边,做着有相当难度的仰卧起坐。我们不由感叹:
