Combining with the legislation of tort law in our country, this paper analyzes the important legal issues such as the principle of imputation of school sports injuries and the composition of responsibilities. Combined with the typical forms of sports injuries in schools, the author analyzes the legal responsibilities of physical education, extracurricular sports activities, training and competition of teams, injury of sports facilities and injury among students in sports activities respectively. On April 25, 2015, the Yangzi Evening News published a news item entitled “Pursuing the Progress of Entering into Higher Education Institutions and Passepartout into a Disability after Being Imprisoned by Teachers.” Once again, people focus on the topic of student physical injury. As a university teacher, I will
