本文报导了头孢呋新的高效液相色谱法测定。HP－LichrosorbRP18柱为色谱柱，以甲醇；40％NaAc：4％醋酸：水（180：45：3：802）为流动相，流速每分钟1．2ml，UV检测器在254nm处检测，用头孢氨苄为内标物，定量计算结果，方法简便、快速、结果准确。
This article reports the determination of cefuroxime by high performance liquid chromatography. HP-Lichrosorb RP18 column was a mobile phase with methanol and 40% NaAc: 4% acetic acid: water (180: 45: 3: 802) at the flow rate of 1.2ml / min. UV detector was detected at 254nm. Ampicillin as internal standard, quantitative calculation results, the method is simple, fast and accurate.
