This paper introduces the optimization objective of Yunjinglin Paper # 2 alkali recovery boiler, the specific improvement measures and the improved operation results. The numerical simulation technology was applied to the combustion of the alkali boiler to analyze the changes of the flow field, the air jets, the temperature field, the velocity field, the black liquor flow and the mechanical carrying around the furnace before and after the improvement.
