本文从地质和地球化学工作对岩矿分析测试技术提出的要求出发,阐述现代地质地化样品分析技术的发展趋势。(一)要求高灵敏度在现代地质和地球化学工作中,如何从痕量和超痕量元素的数据海洋中揭示地质和成矿作用的潜在规律,是不容忽视并急待解决的任务之一。另一方面,则要求分析测试方法的检出限底到能获得肯定的测定值,借以发现或区别是否存在指示元素的异常。另外,各种单矿物除需对主、次元素(或组分)进行分析外,还要求测定其中的痕量
Based on the request of geology and geochemistry for rock and mine analysis and testing technology, this article elaborates the development trend of modern geological and geochemical sample analysis technology. (I) High Sensitivity Requirements In modern geology and geochemistry, how to reveal the underlying laws of geology and mineralization from the ocean of data of trace and ultra-trace elements is one of the tasks that can not be ignored and is urgently needed to be solved. On the other hand, it is required to analyze the detection limit of the test method to obtain a positive determination value so as to discover or distinguish whether there is an abnormality of the indicator element. In addition, a variety of single minerals in addition to the main and secondary elements (or components) for analysis, but also requires the determination of the trace
