目的对某多功能化学原料药生产企业进行职业病危害控制效果评价,确定其职业病危害防护设施的有效性。方法采用职业卫生现场调查,并通过检查表分析法评价职业病防护措施和职业卫生管理体系,对工作场所存在的主要职业病危害因素进行检测与评价,对作业人员进行职业健康检查与评价。结果检查表分析显示各项指标均符合要求,主要职业病危害因素检测结果均未超出国家职业卫生标准限值,甲醇0.1~0.2 mg/m3,乙二醇0.2~0.5 mg/m3,异丙醇0.05 mg/m3,氢氧化钠0.1~0.6 mg/m3,盐酸1.26~3.19 mg/m3,氨0.33 mg/m3,二氧化氮0.04 mg/m3;其他粉尘0.5~3.5 mg/m3,8 h等效噪声64.5~82.1 dB(A),WBGT指数为25.7~29.6℃。职业健康检查未发现由化学毒物和粉尘引起的疑似职业病或职业病患者。结论该项目的职业病防护设施有效,管理制度得到落实,能有效保护劳动者的健康。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a multifunctional chemical raw material drug manufacturer and determine the effectiveness of occupational hazards prevention facilities. Methods The occupational health field survey was conducted, and the occupational disease prevention measures and occupational health management system were evaluated by checklist analysis. The main occupational hazards in the workplace were detected and evaluated, and occupational health examination and evaluation were carried out. The results of the checklist analysis showed that all the indexes met the requirements. The test results of major occupational hazards did not exceed the limits of the national occupational health standards.
