采用冷态模型试验方法对带旋流燃烧器的W 型火焰锅炉的空气动力场进行了研究。利用三孔探针测量了炉内流场,并用飘带法和烟花示踪法定性了解流场分布。研究结果表明:拱顶风为旋流时,拱顶风与侧墙风动量比并不是决定炉内空气动力场的最重要的参数,拱顶风旋流强度对炉内空气动力场影响非常大,射流基本符合旋转射流自身衰减规律。在常规旋流强度下,应选择较大的拱顶风与侧墙风动量比。
The aerodynamic field of a W-type flame boiler with a swirling burner was studied by a cold model test. The flow field inside the furnace was measured by the three-hole probe, and the flow field distribution was qualitatively analyzed by the streamer method and the fireworks tracer method. The results show that when the vault wind is swirling, the vorticity ratio of the vault wind and the side wall is not the most important parameter that determines the aerodynamic field in the furnace. The swirling intensity of the vault wind has a great influence on the aerodynamic field in the furnace. The basic jet In line with the law of rotation jet attenuation itself. In the conventional cyclone intensity, should choose a larger vortex wind and sidewall wind momentum ratio.
