在各类矿业机械传动系统的经典设计中,轴的强度、刚度及滚动轴承的寿命、静载安全系数的计算校核,系数繁多、公式复杂、状况各异、量大面广。本文对目前已编制成功的适用于总轴数不大于20的机械系统设计软件之数学模型、程序框图、主要功能、应用范围进行阐述,旨在充分发挥CAD的卓越技能、开创轴和滚动轴承类机械另件优化技术的软件基础,从而显著改善没计质量、提高工作效率和提高产品的经济效益。
