将多孔混凝土中包裹水泥浆体的粗骨料堆积形态视为球形颗粒堆积,借鉴Koenders提出的带状模型,建立多孔混凝土孔隙率与粗骨料浆体包裹层厚度之间的关系式,通过试验确定公式中的参数并验证其模型和计算的合理性。试验结果表明:依据该公式能有效计算出不同粗骨料浆体包裹层厚度下多孔混凝土的孔隙率。当浆体包裹层厚度变化于439~973μm时,多孔混凝土的孔隙率范围值为21.8%~33.8%。
The accumulation pattern of coarse aggregate in porous concrete wrapped cement paste is regarded as the accumulation of spherical particles. Based on the band model proposed by Koenders, the relationship between the porosity of porous concrete and the thickness of coarse aggregate slurry coating is established. Determine the parameters in the formula and validate the model and calculation. The experimental results show that the porosity of porous concrete with different thickness of coarse aggregate slurry can be calculated effectively by the formula. The porosity of porous concrete ranged from 21.8% to 33.8% when the thickness of slurry coating changed from 439 to 973 μm.
