随着教师专业化的推进,迫切要求应用型民办高校教师向专业型转化发展,而英语教学作为当前我国最重要的教学内容之一,这一要求更是迫切。现就将结合具体的理论知识,重点介绍应用型民办高校英语教师专业发展的有效途径。
With the advancement of teachers’ professionalization, it is imperative that application-type private college teachers transform into professional ones. English teaching, as one of the most important teaching contents in China, is an urgent requirement. Combining specific theoretical knowledge, we will focus on introducing effective ways for professional development of English teachers in private colleges and universities.
