目的探讨1～2岁儿童散光轴向分布特点,为本地弱视防治干预措施提供资料。方法使用Suresight视力筛查仪对1～2岁儿童进行屈光检查,随机收集232例(男133例,女99例)464眼分析。结果男童265散光眼,顺规散光206眼,占77.74%,逆规散光43眼,占16.04%,斜向散光16眼,占6.04%;女童197散光眼,顺规散光139眼,占70.56%,逆规散光38眼,占19.29%,斜向散光20眼,占20.15%;女童的逆规散光、斜向散光均比男童高,差异无显著性。结论学龄前散光性弱视儿童眼散光轴向以顺规散光为主,其次是逆规散光、斜向散光最少。 Objective To investigate the axial distribution of astigmatism in children aged 1-2 years and provide information for the prevention and treatment of local amblyopia. Methods A total of 232 eyes (133 males and 99 females) of 464 eyes were analyzed by Suresight vision screening instrument. Results There were 206 astigmatism eyes, 206 eyes with astigmatism astigmatism, 77.74% boys with obesity, 43 eyes with astigmatism astigmatism, 16.04% with oblique astigmatism, 6.04% with astigmatism, and 139 with astigmatism with girls astigmatism, accounting for 70.56 %, 38 cases of reverse astigmatism, accounting for 19.29%, oblique astigmatism 20 eyes, accounting for 20.15%; girls inverse stereotactic astigmatism, oblique astigmatism were higher than boys, the difference was not significant. Conclusion Preschool astigmatism amblyopia in children with axial astigmatism mainly obedient astigmatism, followed by reverse regulation astigmatism, oblique astigmatism least.
