既有的融资制度极大地限制了农村资金互助社的发展。根据农村资金互助社内生于农村金融市场的特定环境,可以从市场自行与国家干预两个视角对其适当性的融资法律制度进行分析。借鉴农村信用社的成功经验成立农村资金互助联社并结合国家政策与财政扶持是解决农村资金互助社融资问题的可行路径。
The existing financing system greatly limits the development of rural mutual funds. According to the specific environment born in the rural financial market within the rural mutual fund, it is possible to analyze the appropriate financing legal system from the perspectives of market self-government and state intervention. Learn from the successful experience of rural credit cooperatives to establish rural mutual funds and the combination of state policies and financial support is a feasible way to solve the financing problem of rural mutual funds.
