为了适应新的教育形势,深入推行素质教育和教育与护理岗位对接,本文提出基础护理实训技能训练中实施一体化教学模式,这种教育模式能充分调动学生积极性,实现“教、学、做”一体化,提高了学生自主学习能力,构建出新型师生关系,实现了高职教育以能力为本位的培养目标,实现与临床护理岗位的零距离接触,应在高职院校推广。
