轧辊横移方法是控制板形和板凸度的一种有效手段。计算轧辊弹性变形的主要方法有影响函数法,弹性基础梁法和结合前两种方法的综合法。本文在这些方法的基础上,补充适当的方程,组成以辊系受力为未知变量的线性方程组,针对工作辊横移式轧机进行解析。与传统方法相比,该线性方程组法计算简便,运算效率高,并具有足够的精度。作者利用改造后的四辊轧机进行了工作辊横移式轧机的实验研究,实验结果与理论计算结果一致,表明该线性方程组计算方法可适用于各种工作辊横移式轧机。
Roller roll method is to control the plate shape and plate crown an effective means. The main methods to calculate the elastic deformation of the roll are the influence function method, the elastic foundation beam method and the combination of the former two methods. On the basis of these methods, this paper supplements the appropriate equations to form a linear system of equations with roll force as unknown variable, and analyzes the working roll traversing mill. Compared with the traditional method, the linear equations method is simple and computationally efficient, and has sufficient accuracy. The experimental study of the work roll traversing mill was carried out by using a modified four-roll mill. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculations, indicating that the calculation method of the linear equations can be applied to various work roll traversing mills.
